Key Responsibilities:

Install, upgrade support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and other desktop applications used at MFLC.

Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers other equipment.

Diagnose and quickly resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues, hardware and application support queries received to minimize
downtime.

Maintain consistent demonstration of company guidelines, IT policy, Procedures and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Minimum two years’ experience in relevant field

Good Technical knowledge of PCs and Desktop Hardware and current protocols, operating systems and standard.

Satisfactory level of knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work with technical and non-technical team members and able to handle pressure well.
